1. General Terms

By placing an order with Gaming Zone TZ, you agree to review the service description, price, delivery time and applicable conditions before payment.

Gaming Zone TZ is an independent gaming-related service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers of DLS or eFootball unless expressly stated.

2. Payments

Prices are quoted in Tanzanian shillings (TSh), unless otherwise stated.

Customers must confirm the total amount and verified payment details before making payment. Never share your mobile-money PIN or verification codes.

3. Delivery

Each order will have an agreed delivery method and estimated timeframe. We will communicate any significant delay and discuss an appropriate solution with the customer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Contact Gaming Zone TZ as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

If a service has not been delivered, or the agreed service cannot be provided, contact us to discuss cancellation or a refund.

If a service has been delivered incorrectly or is materially different from the agreed description, contact us so we can assess an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy removes any consumer rights provided by applicable Tanzanian law.

5. Account & Game Safety

We do not request mobile-money PINs, passwords or one-time verification codes. We do not promise unauthorized account transfers, account recovery or game items that cannot legitimately be provided.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant game's terms before purchasing any third-party service.
