- After downloading all the game files, make sure on your Android phone you have installed the zarchiver application and ppsspp emulator. Both applications are available on the playstore for free.
- Open the zarchiver application then look for the game file that you have downloaded, usually in the download or ucdownloads folder.
- Click the PES eFootball 2023 file and select extract, move it to the device/psp/game memory (paste it in the game folder).
- Click the Textures file and then select extract, move it to device memory/psp/textures (paste it in the textures folder).
- Click the Savedata file and then select extract, move it to the device/psp/savedata memory (paste it in the savedata folder).
- Next, open the ppsspp emulator then go to the settings/system/language menu (select espana or espanol).
- Click the atras select juegos/psp/game/click the game image.
- Done and have fun playing.
